How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays. We know, we're as fast as lightning! Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you're shipping to. Please refer to the list below to find out how long your Revive Skin package will take to arrive.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, All domestic and international orders will have tracking numbers from dispatch to delivery.
The tracking numbers will take up to 24-48 hours to update on our system to show the tracking information.

Do you offer money back guarantee?

Our policy is simple and straightforward. Everything on our catalog is backed by our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. This means you can shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just apply for a full refund, within 90 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:  

  1. You must trial our product for 60 days, from the date of delivery, but no more than 90 days.
  2. You must complete at least 8 treatments with our products, with a minimum of 1 treatment per week, and take photos of the areas you are treating before and after each treatment.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product, apply for our money back guarantee.
  4. To apply for money back guarantee, please, email your progress photos to our customer care representatives at support@reviveskin.co. All images MUST have valid date and time stamps.
  5. All 90-Day Money Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your items.
  6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  7. If your application is approved by us, we will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
  8. Items must be returned in the original packaging and without damage (normal wear and tear excepted)
  9. Postage costs for the return of products, are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
  10. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse.
  11. Please note that the refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of $10 USD will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. A $10 fee for fulfilment and handling cost will be deducted from all refunds.

I have placed an order, however, I have not received an order confirmation email?

Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on support@reviveskin.co if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

Will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or other charges?

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. REVIVE SKIN has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts than your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, REVIVE SKIN will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
